1. The device IS according to IEC 62053-11 IEC 62053-21 IEC 62053-22 IEC 62053-23
2. Testing of three phase Open-link meters(3 Positions) or 3-phase Close-link Meter(1 Position).
3. The device IS able to test meters with connection 3P4W and 3P3W.
4. With Movable type meter hanging rack(3 Positons).
5. The device IS able to test meters with voltage range from (20-300) V and current range up
to 120 A.
6. The device HAS screen display to display the needed information.
7. The devise HAS PC software to run the tests with report generator to print the results
needed.
8. All of the tests IS saved on the PC with the ability to retrieve any test based on the serial number of
meter at any time.
